He’s very good about not nibbling on any of the plants besides the spider plant. But that’s way up high and out of reach for him to munch and chuck.
This is my first split-leaf philodendron. It actually had to live in my parent’s house for a year or two because my oldest cat couldn’t help nibbling on it, which gave him near death gagging episodes. Well, my cat died (not from the plant) and I went to retrieve my plant back again.
It such a happy looking plant. It looks as if its waving with smiles. I even made a plant stand so it can stand tall from the pot. Thankfully none of my other cats have any interest in this plant. It continues to flourish in its forever home now.
A friend gave me a propagated cyclamen. He said it was an easy plant. I was excited. It looked amazing on my north facing window but somewhere somehow it started to die off. I didn’t know how to save it. It just shriveled away. I don’t know if it was the winter cold window or lack of sun that did it in but I hope someday to try it again.
